Do you have project management experience within a health service and looking for the next challenge?
We have opportunity for Project Lead to join our team to manage, lead and delivery projects/programmes within the workforce Pacific Health Development Team based at Middlemore Hospital. Reporting to the Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for the following key deliverables;
- Lead the delivery of workforce work plans
- Ensure data relating to the workforce programmes is well managed and reflected in the reporting of demonstrated achievements within scheduled reports;
- Development and maintenance of strategic relationships with stakeholders across Education, Business and Social Services sector; and
- Provide ongoing co-design, co-delivery and evaluation of workforce initiatives
Full time Monday to Friday fixed term positions till January 2024
The successful candidate will need to have a recognised Health or related Tertiary qualification, experience in Programme or Project management, working with a diverse group of stakeholders and knowledge of current health sector. You will need to have an understanding of varied health care environments including working at various levels in a health care provider and a DHB.
Ideally you will have ability to engage with Pacific communities and speak a pacific language, excellent relationship building, management skills and excellent presentation skills, then we want to hear from you!
