Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a strong focus on the customer? Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your skills in one of Auckland’s largest organisations?
Counties Manukau Health is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our team based at Middlemore Hospital. We currently have a permanent and a fixed term position till March 2023, both positions are full time working Monday to Friday.
You will work with some of the most amazing people who every day take care of the people of Counties Manukau. Your role will be to take care of the HR needs of these people so that they can focus on the needs of our community. This is a true generalist role where you will work across all the functions in HR, be agile in your thinking and approach and provide practical solutions to problems.
Your experience guiding and enabling line managers across the whole employee life cycle, especially in the areas of complex employment relation, disciplinary and performance management will set you up to hit the ground running.
You will be able to grow your generalist HR skills in a supportive team and support initiatives from our People Strategy and HR work plan.
You will thrive being busy, meeting people and building relationships. If you like fast paced and every day being different and have at least three to four years’ experience as an HR Advisor we want to hear from you.
