Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Working with the MHAIDS Quality Team the person in this role will have responsibility for leading, facilitating and promoting all quality and patient safety activities for the Intensive Recovery Sector.
This includes ensuring that reportable events and complaints are appropriately managed according to policy and ensuring that improvement actions are identified, developed and implemented.
Moū - About you
We are looking for a well organised and enthusiastic health professional with experience working in mental health.
You will have a passion for quality improvement and enhancing service user safety.
Knowledge and/or experience of risk management principles is also desirable.
Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
A small team of ten we work across the 3DHB-s to support the quality improvement and patient safety priorities for MHAIDS.
