Team Leader Speech Pathology
Permanent 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week – Monday to Friday)
The Clinical Support Service is seeking a dynamic health professional to lead and support our dedicated Speech Pathology team. The Team Leader role would provide both professional advice and line management of the Speech Pathology team for Lakes District Health Board.
This position has both clinical and non-clinical components and reports to the Service Manager Clinical Support Service.
Do you have an appropriate tertiary level qualification and registration in Speech Language Therapy?
Do you have an interest and desire to lead and work with a dedicated team of health professionals?
The preferred applicant will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to prioritize a heavy changing workload, set and meet objectives in the acute health environment. This position will require specific expertise in leadership, team building, problem-solving, strategic thinking and workforce development planning.

Salary range: $84 - $113K
