Where you’ll be working: Tokoroa Hospital
The details: Permanent – 64 hours per fortnight – rostered shifts
A permanent part time position has become available for a Pre-analytical Medical Laboratory Technician to be based at Tokoroa Hospital. The successful applicant will work 32 hours a week across phlebotomy and specimen registration, as part of a small friendly team of scientists and technicians.
The successful applicant will ideally be:
- A registered Medical Laboratory Pre-analytical Technician with a current practising certificate
- Have a passion for healthcare and be customer focused
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Be adaptable and enjoy working in a team environment
Non registered applicants with previous laboratory experience or a suitable background in healthcare may also be considered.
