An opportunity has become available for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Director and Research and Evaluation Manager of Ko Awatea.
Your organisational and planning skills will be exceptional as well as your ability to accurately and effectively manage your time and multiple tasks within a fluid and evolving business landscape. As you will be liaising with a wide range of people it is essential that you possess exceptional people skills and maintain a high degree of integrity and understand the importance of confidentiality and professionalism.
The following skills are considered essential for this role:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a senior administration/secretarial support role
- Advanced user of MS Office suite
- Ability to learn and use organisation specific IT programs
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing demands and prioritise time and tasks effectively
- Maturity to handle a range of situations
- Exceptional people / stakeholder engagement & management skills
- Diary management
- Strong team focus
- Current full NZ driver’s licence

In this role you will provide executive support in planning and coordinating communications, diary management, meetings, presentations and travel. You will also be involved in one-off projects ensuring deadlines and reporting requirements are met.
