Nurse Coordinator - Cardiology Electrophysiology at Waikato District Health Board (Hamilton), Waikato

Where you’ll be working: Waikato Hospital

The details: Fixed term for 12 months – 80 hours per fortnight

 

Due to exciting developments across our service an opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and suitably experienced senior registered nurse to take a full-time Cardiology Nurse Coordinator position, with specialty focus of Electrophysiology.

You will be part of a supportive and progressive senior nursing team fostering innovation, progression and commitment to service excellence across the organisation. This position will work collectively across services to ensure effective and timely delivery of care.

We are seeking an energetic and inspirational senior registered nurse who can demonstrate clinical excellence in Cardiology, demonstrating effective team engagement, communication and education skills.

 

Required skills & experience:

You will need to have a post graduate nursing qualification, education leadership and experience in taking a leadership role. Post registration experience of working in the New Zealand health environment of greater than 5years including Cardiology Emergency management experience.
