Reporting directly to the Clerical Operations Manager you will be the key link between the administration team, the service and the wider hospital. This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 28 hours a week, rotating rostered shifts Monday to Sunday.
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of the clerical administration for the Emergency Department service and ensure they meet CM Health standards. As the Team Leader you will provide expert advice, promote change that will improve performance, quality and patient outcomes.
As they Team Leader you should hold excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to “think on your feet”, hold strong organisational prioritisation and multi-tasking skills and most importantly hold a sense of humour. The ED space is an extremely demanding environment so you will be required to hold strong leadership and organisational skills.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar role, preferably in health, have led or coordinated a team previously. Have in-depth knowledge of clerical and administration processes and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

The salary range is between $57,398 to $69,738 pro-rata, dependent on skills an experience.
