Registered Nurse (Full-Time), Module 7/7A, Manukau SuperClinic, CM Health at Counties Manukau District Health Board (South Auckland), Auckland

Full Time Permanent Role (1 FTE)

Monday to Friday

 

The Manukau SuperClinic is New Zealand’s leading out-patient facility, treating in excess of 170,000 patients annually. The working environment is second to none, fresh, modern, and most importantly it is a friendly, people focussed place to work.

 Module 7 and 7A is  part of the outpatient service specialising in Medicine specialities.  We are looking for a switched on Registered Nurse to join these Modules; to ensure the high level of clinical excellence currently provided by the stable experienced team continues. 

The variety of patients will motivate you while providing you with ample opportunities to continually up skill yourself; broaden your knowledge and learn from our exceptional senior staff. 

You will be trained to run our general medicine and phototherapy clinics, as well as assist with dermatology procedures.  There will be an administrative component to this role supporting our services. You must have the flexibility to work rostered shifts however, these will mostly be Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 5.30pm with occasional evening/ weekend clinics.

You will be an organised person, with the ability to prioritise tasks utilising effective time management and excellent problem solving skills. As a people person, you will demonstrate outstanding communication skills and pride yourself on your excellent customer skills. Quality focussed, you will be committed to the provision of high quality service to the diverse community of South Auckland. 

Essential:

·         NZ Registered with the Nursing Council

·         Current and updated APC

·         Minimum of 2 years post registration in an acute setting

·         Good communication and customer service skills

·         Good command of verbal and written English
