RMO Unit Coordinator at Hawke's Bay District Health Board (Hastings/Napier), Hawkes Bay

Permanent, Full time available

80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE)

 

We are looking for a skilled Coordinator to join our RMO Unit!

 

The RMO Unit plays a pivotal role in providing administrative support to our junior doctors (Resident Medical Officers) ranging from the first year out of medical school to their final year in training. You will get to know our junior doctors and provide valuable assistance to their work in the DHB including rostering and leave management.

 

We are looking for a strong administrator who has initiative and is highly competent using Microsoft Excel including formulas. You will be able to articulate information well, understand the importance of deadlines and able to prioritise workload – this is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same!

 

You will be joining an existing team of administrators and coordinators so being a team player is a must. You will need to be comfortable working autonomously and have the maturity to consistently remain professional.

 

This position would interest someone who is looking for the opportunity to grow professional relationships, gain additional administration skills and learn more about the running of a Hospital.
