Te tūnga | The role
This role is fixed term, based in Wellington. Reporting to the Programme Director and UX Lead. As a Senior UX Designer you are accountable for leading research, design and testing for new and enhanced products, processes, and services. This includes:
- Undertaking qualitative and quantitative research, including designing and running workshops to build a clear picture of the current state, and future state needs.
- Designing for new and enhanced products, processes, and services, and facilitating the design process
- Leading the usability testing process from design through to testing, analysis, presenting results, and supporting the team.

- Where you've demonstrated your grasp of user needs to define the user experience and explored different approaches to solve user challenges.
