Starting salary:$126,230 - $140,000 negotiable + superannuation

Te tūnga | The role   

The Digital Services-Organisation team lead the core technology systems and integration of our as-a-service platforms including Desktop computing, meeting room technology and mobile device management. It is also at the heart of our IT Service Management functions including the Service Desk. 

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Digital Services-Organisation you will work closely with our Service Portfolio Manager, Solution Architect, DevOps Managers and external partners to ensure the smooth running of our Service Management functions, edge devices and ensure our people have a fantastic user experience.     

This role will lead and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of all Digital Business Services' systems and services with specific responsibility for: 

  • Service desk: managing the identification and resolution of service incidents and problems, and, where required, escalation to and coordination of resolution with suppliers. 
  • Problem management: managing and minimising the impacts of incidents and problems on the business and the prevention of reoccurrence of errors.
  • Experience assurance engineers: managing the delivery of operational (tier 2) support with a focus on the user experience of the business and Digital Business Services.

  • Significant experience leading teams to provide tiers 1 and 2 support in a service delivery environment required.
  • Solid experience delivering incident and problem management, including leading responses, investigations and implementing changes
