The details: Part time role (0.5FTE), 40 hours per fortnight
We are looking for a Relationship Manager – Pacific Health who will lead the funding and relationship management functions for Pacific health in our team. Funding and Relationship Managers are valued members of our team who work with providers to develop and maintain mutually beneficial and sustainable relationships to maximise health equity and outcomes. To be successful in this role, you will need a strong working knowledge of Pacific health, experience working with Pacific providers and a practical understanding of funding requirements and contract management.
If you are committed to making a difference to the health of Pacific whānau and have the ability to drive change that leads to improved outcomes and the elimination of inequities, this may be the role for you.
Required skills & experience:
• Experienced leadership and relationship management skills
• Strong practical experience in health funding and contract management
• Demonstrated success working with Pacific providers to delivery agreed outcomes
• Comprehensive understanding of the Pacific landscape, Pacific health sector and the health system as it related to the Waikato region
• Expert knowledge of Pacific Health frameworks, models and whānau ora.
