Clinical Nurse Manager at Hawke's Bay District Health Board (Hastings/Napier), Hawkes Bay

80 hours per fortnight (1.FTE)

 

Hawke's Bay DHB has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the Hospital Group in our General Medical/Renal Ward A2.

 

This is a pivotal role that directly contributes to the quality and success of our service delivery in the Hawke's Bay DHB.  The role provides clinical leadership across the service and is supported by an established senior nursing team, Directorate Leadership Team and dedicated general and specialty medical physicians.

 

You will need to be self-motivated and results driven as well as enjoy working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.  You will have a passion for making a difference, achieving reuslts and be hungry for a challenge.  You will work alognside the wider multi-disciplinary team so being able to work collaboratively is a must!

 

We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and love sharing their knowledge and expertise.  In addition, the successful candidate would have:

 

  • A Medical Nursing background
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Patient-focused approach
  • Change management experience
  • Quality experience
  • A focus on contribution to the National Health Targets.
