About the role

 

We are looking for experienced administrators to support our Firearms team in the Tasman area. This team is focused on supporting the day to day administrative tasks of applicants, both for a new firearms license and renewals. You will be working with a great team. Focused on becoming a world leading regulator.

 

This is an exciting time; it has been recently decided this will be a separate branded business unit within Police. The future of Arms Control in Police is changing, creating exciting opportunities within the business.

 

Key Accountabilities:

 

  • Ability to work Microsoft office suite, and applications required for the role
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to engage with public
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Able to work at pace, with good attention to detail
  • Able to embrace and adapt to change
  • You understand the importance of confidentially of personal information
