An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Orthopaedic team who provide a comprehensive service for the population of Gisborne and the wider Tairawhiti region.

We are seeking an Orthopaedic Surgeon who is proficient in general orthopaedics and trauma. An interest in arthroplasty would be of benefit to the team.

Gisborne Hospital is well supported locally by comprehensive surgical services, and has a full range of diagnostic facilities on site including a MRI scanner, CT scanner and 24 hour on-site laboratory facilities.

What you will bring to our team:

• Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the New Zealand Medical Council of New Zealand or eligible for registration with the Medical Council to enable them to practice medicine within New Zealand.
