Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
We are seeking a suitably skilled, highly motivated, competent and organised person to join our Clinical Records team as a Mobile Administrator. Clinical Record Administrators are responsible for the tracking, preparation, creation, maintenance and filing of patient records.
As one of four Relief Administrator's providing annual and sick leave cover across the team in Wellington and Kenepuru, you will be working in a busy and varied role. This role would suit someone who can learn quickly and adapt to managing a diverse range of tasks across different duties. There will be some requirements to work some weekends, evenings and public holidays in a sole charge environment so reliability, flexibility and adaptability are a must.

Clinical Records are responsible for the safe, effective and efficient management of patient records at Capital and Coast DHB. The Clinical Records team manages requests and retrievals through prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced, high volume, customer focused environment.

- Excellent time management skills
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and good rapport with clients
- High level of English comprehension with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable
- Knowledge of the Privacy Act and other legislation relevant to patient records
Previous experience in health administration or records management experience would be advantageous.
