Service: Operating Theatre
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime, Monday to Friday
Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
The team leader role sits within the Perioperative environment and leads the Theatre support team to provide skilled assistance to the multi-disciplinary theatre team. Efficient coordination and resource planning to support patient flow during their Peri-operative journey.
- Day to Day management, support and co-ordination of the TSA team
- Management of rosters, Annual leave and causal employees.
- To facilitate, organise and evaluate quality Improvement Initiatives
- Recruitment and training of new employees.
- Responsible for the ordering and supply of equipment and consumables. Closely liase with procurement and theatre stores to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
