Contract: 24/7 Rostered and Rotating
Salary: as per DHBs / NZNO Nursing & Midwifery MECA
Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
The Theatre Support Assistant (TSA) provides a quick cleaning service between surgeries and procedures throughout 16 operating theatres. This includes
- Restocking and setting up theatres
- Preparing surgical instrumentation and equipment
- In-between cleaning during surgeries and completing a final clean

We are wanting someone to join our close knit team who are an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team.

- Experience working in a high needs environment with the ability to respond quickly to a variety of changing and stressful situations
- Flexible and adaptable
- Able to work under direction but also carry out tasks independently
- Good written, communication and computer skills required
