We are looking for someone to join our ophthalmology team as the Charge Nurse Manager. This is an exciting role working alongside committed doctors, nurses, allied health staff and administrators. The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth running of a large outpatient department.

The ophthalmology team is a large team made up of doctors, nurses, administrators and allied health staff. The team is made up of people who care about the patients they service, ensuring patients receive the highest standard of care. It is a busy department and so the team work together to ensure patients are seen and treated in a timely way. The team supports each other in this fast moving environment.
Moū ' About you
We are interested in hearing from people who hold a New Zealand Registered Nurse practicing certificate and who have worked for a number of years as a nurse. Ideally you would have held a leadership or management position. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and is innovative in their practice.
