Adminstration Co-ordinator at Hawke's Bay District Health Board (Hastings/Napier), Hawkes Bay

Permanent, part time

64 hours per fortnight (0.8FTE)

 

An opportunity is available for someone with excellent administration and customer service skills to join our Administration Service as a Administration Coordinator based in our Terrace Clinic within Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand, Te Matau a Māui, Hawke’s Bay

 

In this role you will join a hard working team who works consistently to deliver a top quality service to patients, their families and internal customers. We are seeking someone with excellent reception and administration skills who will thrive in a busy environment.

 

 Naturally you will be able to recognise the needs, aims and aspirations of whanau from all culturally diverse groups within our community.

 

Ideally you will have experience in a busy role and can bring the following skills:

 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
  • Computer savvy and competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Self motivated with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and demonstrate great time management skills
