About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent and proven skills to join our team.
This position is to provide comprehensive cold chain coordination, support for service providers and maintaining the National Immunisation Register for Taranaki.
This will require a high level of system management and interpersonal skills. The role will be liaising with medical practitioners, practise nurses, outreach services and clients. Effective delivery will be measured in accordance with the Ministry of Health and Taranaki District Health Board policies, procedures and guidelines
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft word, excel, and outlook with a high accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.
- Be able to use your initiative and think outside of the square.
- Ability to work to deadlines and be self motivated
- The ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Hold a current full drivers license
