The details: Permanent full-time, 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and experienced administrator to join the Chronic Conditions team as a Booking Clerk for our Endocrinology service.
This role provides booking clerk support within the Meade Clinic Centre and works closely with the Senior Medical Officers within this service.

Responsibilities of the role:
You will have patient booking experience who prides themselves on accuracy and timely processing of data and the ability to work to set deadlines is essential.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a busy but energetic environment is a must.
Preference will be given to candidates who have patient booking experience in a medium to large organisation, and working knowledge of applicable legislation.
Experience using patient booking programs will be an advantage, along with proven computer literacy at an intermediate level or higher and the ability to learn in a high paced environment is essential.
