This position is in the inpatient unit at Tokoroa Hospital. The inpatient unit is a 17 bed ward that cares for medical, rehab and palliative care patients. This role also offers additional opportunities for you to expand your skill base and be orientated to other nursing services in the hospital and community. There is a component of on call support in this position.
You will need to have the following requirements:
• NZ registration and residency
• Current Annual Practicing Certificate
• Sound clinical skills and knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Flexible and adaptable

Tokoroa is situated approximately one hours drive south of Hamilton, and 50 minutes from Taupo and Rotorua. The South Waikato is a dynamic adventure playground for those who love the outdoors, water sports, tramping, kayaking and cycling with easy access to the mountains for skiing.
