The details: Permanent part-time, rostered
We are extending our inpatient reception hours and as a result have several permanent part-time hours available working Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00 or Saturday and Sunday working from 07:30/08:00 to 11:30/12:00.
About the role:
This position is responsible for providing reception and administrative support to our inpatient wards supporting the team in a busy environment. The successful applicant must be methodical in approach, highly organised, flexible, and have a desire to be a supportive team member.

Required skills & experience:
• Ability to work after hours 16:00 – 20:00, Monday-Friday
• Ability to work weekends 07:30/08:00 to 11:30/12:00 - Saturday and Sunday
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
• Office skills, previous clerical and hospital experience
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
