You'll be ensuring the consistent application of established processes and procedures for the end to end documentation of notification and enquiries files including receipt, triaging, and response and ensuring effective handover when notifications or enquiries are transferred to others.
What we're looking for:
- Experience and/or knowledge of notifications and enquiries response operations and document management is preferable
- Knowledge of how to apply legislation, operational policy, practice and business processes to decision-making (or an ability to obtain such knowledge quickly)

- Ability to manage and coordinate a high volume of work with strong attention to detail
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Successful track record as a proactive and innovative thinker with sound judgement
Other good stuff:
You'll be part of an excellent team where you will enjoy great employee benefits and will see plenty of scope to learn, upskill and explore your options. It's satisfying work, and our Notifications and Enquiries team is part of the engine making it all happen, so if you've been wondering what the next step could or should be in your career, we think it's time to 'navigate your next', here with us.
