The details: Permanent full-time, 80 hours per fortnight (1.0FTE)
If you like a challenge, then we could have an opportunity for you. We have several positions available for full time and part time administrators in Hamilton. We are looking for enthusiasm, motivation and excellent interpersonal skills, to provide administrative support throughout Mental Health and Addictions Service.
The positions cover a variety of general administrative roles, including filing, minute meetings, and accurate data entry and telephonist skills; therefore you must be an adaptable person with a willingness to embrace multitasking. Excellent communication skills are required and confidentiality is essential.
To be successful in this role you will have competent computer skills with previous reception or administration experience. It would be advantageous that you have had previous experience working within a health/mental health setting.

Waikato Hospital in Hamilton is one of New Zealand’s largest tertiary, teaching hospitals with over 600 inpatient beds and 22 operating theatres. Clinical specialities include Women’s and Children Services, Cardiology / Cardiothoracic Surgery, Oncology and Haematology, Surgical services, and Mental Health and Addiction. Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.
