The details: Fixed Term, 50 Hours per Fortnight (0.63 FTE)
About the service:
We are looking for an administrator to cover a parental leave position here at the Administration department of Tokoroa Hospital. This is a fixed term, 6 month position working alongside dedicated, hardworking and passionate staff who enjoy their roles and are always striving to provide the best service they can to our patients and team.
About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for working with our clinical records department, as well as covering a number of administrative roles which will include some late afternoon and weekend work.
To be successful in this role you will need to
• Demonstrate an interest in growing own knowledge and assisting others
• Ability to provide clear verbal and written communication to all contacts
• Ability to accept direction and work co-operatively in a team environment
• Ability to learn new skills and interact with others in a friendly, open and supportive way
• Ability to prioritise workload
