We have vacancy for a part-time position, for a Sonographer providing ultrasound imaging to the Women's Health service.
The multidisciplinary team in the Women's Health Service is dedicated to ensuring excellence in obstetric and gynaecological care. The service provides an integrated mix of inpatient/outpatient and day patient services. Ultrasound services are delivered in Wellington and Kenepuru hospitals. A dedicated Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Department sits within the Women's ultrasound service.
Mō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team
The Sonographers in the Women's Health Service enjoy working closely with other Sonographers, students and the Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialists to produce high quality tertiary obstetric and gynaecology imaging. Using the latest version of GE E10 Voluson software, Sonographers enjoy producing high quality imaging which informs patient management and results in a high level of patient care.
If you enjoy learning new things, and would like to be on the frontline of acute, tertiary-level obstetric and gynaecology ultrasound then this role is for you.
Moū ' About you
- Registered and licenced Sonographer with the MRTB
- Experience in some or all gynaecological and perinatal imaging
