Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Change Manager to join our Wellington based team on a permanent basis. In this role you will be responsible for providing coordination and leadership to the Change team and supporting our people to lead change for a strategic programme of works focused on facilitating and introducing best practice change management activities.
You will be involved in initiatives within the business or across different workstreams. The role will work with the business using agreed strategies, methodology and tools with outcomes that maximise the objectives and benefits of change initiatives through quicker adoption, higher utilisation and proficiency.
To be successful in this role you will be an expert change practitioner who has proactively deployed and embedded change using appropriate methodologies, tools and processes. You will support, persuade and influence senior leaders and provide coaching, mentoring and support to the wider Change Management team.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Tertiary Qualification or equivalent experience in Change Management. Prosci certification is preferred.
- Expert knowledge and extensive experience applying change management principles, methodology and tools at both project and programme level
- Demonstrated experience providing leadership, coaching and support to a team
- Great stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
