Position: IS Service Desk Analyst
Contract: Permanent - Full time position
Location: Gisborne Hospital
A full time position has become available with the IT Department at Te Whatu Ora Tairāwhiti. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team. Your primary areas of responsibilities will be to ensure proper computer and/or systems and applications operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes operating first point of contact for the Service related request, receiving, prioritising, documenting, and actively resolving end user incidents and requests.
