CLINICAL DIETITIAN - CASUAL POSITION

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
The successful applicant will be based in Taranaki and will be called upon as and when required to cover inpatient or outpatient Dietetic positions at Taranaki Base Hospital, Hawera Hospital or surrounding outpatient clinics.
Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
Te Whatu Ora Taranaki employs approximately 350 allied health professionals across its services. The Dietetic team is a small, but growing, team offering services to adult and paediatric patients in the inpatient wards (Taranaki Base and Hawera Hospitals), outpatient clinics and community visits.
Moū - About you
You will need to have:-
New Zealand registration with NZ Dietitians Board, with endorsement for prescribing
A current Annual Practicing Certificate
The ability to work collaboratively with others to provide integrated assessment and treatment to clients with a diverse range of challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff.
A passion for ongoing learning and development, and the ability to share, support and develop others.
At least 12 months experience working in a clinical hospital setting (preferred)
Knowledge of Foodservices (preferred)
Full drivers license.
Working visa/NZ residence (as appropriate)
