About the role
As our Asset & Infrastructure Advisor, your focus will be on creating functional and practical working environments for our people. Based in Tamaki Makaurau | Auckland, you’ll mainly oversee our North Island property portfolio, be responsible for the delivery and direction of a range of asset & infrastructure projects & services. With some of these being in live airport environments, you’ll love a challenge and being able to work in various settings to deliver results.
While you might have an interest in aviation, your main superpower will be being able to deliver quality workplace solutions. You’ll be confident partnering with internal business units to understand their specialist requirements and have a passion for helping creating spaces that are safe, sustainable & fit for purpose and support our people.
You’ll love finding new and innovative solutions to drive performance, aligned with industry practices and regulations.
What we're looking for
We need a strong communicator with experience working at all levels of an organisation. We’re after a high performer with experience working on property projects, preferably with a background in asset management, facilities management, programme & project management, or the wider construction industry.
You’ll be known for delivering effective, forward-thinking, sustainable workplace solutions with a customer-focus. We’ll also be looking for you to use your strategic and long-term outlook to help develop our infrastructure and asset vision and how we might get there.
Ideally you’ll have:
- Considerable experience in designing and implementing workplace solutions with a focus on future-proofing the work environment
- Knowledge of the implications of different work styles and practices and the impact on individuals and business
- Ability to write clear and concise material at both a strategic and operational level for various audiences,
- Commitment to the principles of quality management, best practice, and continuous improvement,
- Strong decision-making skills – able to analyse information from a variety of sources, make sound judgements and assumptions based on facts
