As a Project Coordinator, you will make a real difference to the success of our projects by ensuring the project team have the tools and support they need to deliver successfully. The Project Coordinator position is responsible for providing all project coordination services to ensure the project runs smoothly, to plan, on time and to budget. You will help manage the coordination tasks such as project documentation, plans and reporting and support all project activities to an exceptional level. You will have a naturally organised approach to your work and have an agile mind set so can swap between tasks easily. You will also have a keen eye for identifying and implementing continuous improvement.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring
- Desirable tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience in Project or Business Coordination support
- Organisational skills, especially the ability to multi-task and prioritise, often with tight timeframes
- Ideally proven skills in project management systems/tools and document management systems
- The ability to produce written reports and presentation material to a high standard
- Ability to work across the business and effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
