As a Smokefree Health Liaison Advisor you will work within Te Whatu Ora, Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay Smokefree Centre for Excellence which supports the delivery of the Tobacco Control Contract. You will be aligned to Te Whatu Ora, Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay vision of a Smokefree Aotearoa 2025.
You will be highly motivated, a team player with great collaboration skills, a "can do attitude" and outcome focused. The position is responsible for leading, managing and coordinating smokefree systems initiatives within primary care and hospital care settings.
Ideally you will have had experience working within community and primary health settings with expertise in smokefree practice. You will be philosophically aligned to Te Whatu Ora, Te Matau a Māui Hawke’s Bay values, and have experience in project and systems change management.
