We have a part-time position working 64 hours a fortnight, rostered across morning and afternoon shifts.This role is fixed-term for 6 to 12 months.
As a Registered Nurse you will be part of our dedicated midwifery environment with full support. Your role is to work within the team to assist midwifery staff in care delivery, one-to-one patient watches and other tasks as directed.
We are an enthusiastic and friendly team with a commitment to providing childbearing women with optimal healthcare through women-centred and appropriate clinical assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation and education.
This position may support a nurse into a career in midwifery, women's health or neonatal health.
The starting salary for this role is $64,291 to $83,186 (pro rata i.e. based on a 40 hour working week) based on the current NZNO Nursing and Midwifery MECA, dependent on skills, experience, and registration in NZ.

You will be a NZ Registered Nurse, with a current NZNC practising certificate and post-registration nursing experience. You will also be a team player, who enjoys keeping up to date with clinical practice, with excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to quality.
You are required to provide proof that you have completed your primary course of NZ approved Covid-19 vaccinations.
