We have an opportunity for someone to join us part time on a six-month fixed term contract as a Travel Coordinator. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Manage a shared travel inbox
- Ensure that the travel options are the best value for money and comply with ACC's policies and processes
- Book travel including accommodation, rental cars, and flights
- Maintain accurate records
- Engage with our travel provider by phone and email
- Consider ways to continuously improve efficiency and processes.
We anticipate this role being 25-30 hours per week; we can be flexible to suit you.

Experience in a similar role would be ideal but is not essential. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong customer focus and an ability to work with people at all levels of the organisation to get the best results for everyone. Your organisational skills, attention detail and ability to work to multiple demands within tight timeframes will be greatly appreciated by your customers. You'll be able to anticipate people's needs, focusing on solutions rather than problems. Most of all you'll be a team player who enjoys coming to work every-day with a positive attitude. Good technical ability with experience in MS Office packages and ability to quickly pick up new systems is required.
