Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
The Senior Administrator position provides front line administration and reception to the Occupational Health and Safety Team and is the first point of contact to the department making this position vital for promoting a professional image of both the department and the organisation. The team itself is small but cohesive and all members work closely to ensure service delivered is always of a high standard, accurate and delivered professionally. Service delivery matters and the team prides itself on going the extra mile.

The Occupational Health and Safety Team are are joined together for a common purpose to protect workers and other persons against harm to their health, safety and welfare by eliminating or minimising risks arising from work.
Moū ' About you
We are seeking someone who is agile, can multi task, highly approachable with good problem solving skills and who can move with the fast pace demanded at times. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of team but equally comfortable working alone to complete set tasks. Above all we are seeking a colleague who will work with us to deliver a professional service at a high standard and who takes pride in doing so.
