Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced enrolled nurse to join our excellent nursing team. OPRS team uses a multidisciplinary approach and caters to a wide range of patients including those patients with orthopaedic, psycho-geriatric, and complex medical conditions.
If you have experience in the rehabilitation of the older person, experience in Older Persons Mental Health (psycho-geriatric) nursing, and you wish to extend your nursing skills through direction and delegation from a registered nurse within a multidisciplinary framework, we would like to hear from you.

In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
' A passion for working with older people and their families
' Excellent time management skills
' Excellent communication skills
' Experience in working with a multi-disciplinary team
' Resilience in a very busy environment
This is an excellent opportunity to maximise the health of older people requiring both short-term and long-term rehabilitation. You will need to be team-focused, have a positive attitude, and have an innovative and adaptable approach to practice.
