An unexpected opportunity has arisen for the position of Workforce Development Lead.
The purpose of this role is to:
• Facilitate and support workforce development initiatives
• Lead the recruitment function for the organisation
• Lead, support and manage the day to day needs of the recruitment and Administration team
To be successful in this position you will need to be able to use evidence based thinking that is outside the box, be solution focused with a can-do attitude, and have great personal insight and emotional intelligence.
In addition to this, you will have experience successfully leading a small team and supporting their development as well as having a sound understanding of NZ related employment legislation.
