Contract: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday
Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
The service is looking for an Administrator to join the team here on the Ratonga Rua o Porirua Campus for the Intensive Rehabilitation unit ' Tane Mahuta. The role is varied with a wide range of duties. The key responsibility is to provide admin support to the teams & Team Leader.
Mō tō mātou rōpū ' About our team
Tane Mahuta is an open rehabilitation mental health unit for up to 34 clients within Te Korowai Whariki's Rehabilitation service. This is a regional innovative supportive service working with clients in supporting their journey with a multi-disciplinary team approach.
Moū ' About you
This role will be busy and is an integral part of the team. You will be someone who enjoys working collaboratively with your colleagues and be able to multi-task and work under pressure. The right candidate will also follow and adhere to policies & procedures and have sound judgement in prioritizing tasks and activities to meeting deadlines.
We are also looking for someone with:
- Sound computer skills and experience with MS Office
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellence written and oral communication skills
- Solution focused, be diligent & conscientious
- Lastly, a 'can do' attitude with a great sense of humour
