This is a fascinating opportunity to use your strong analytical/lateral thinking with initiative and interpreting skills in an evolving HR Reporting team. The role involves working across the People function creating and using data sources to help explore, define, shape, and measure the effectiveness of and value derived through various People Systems.
Reporting to the Group HR Manager - HR Reporting, Systems and Remuneration, you will be responsible for designing workforce and people metrics report involved in HR related business improvement for information management, processes and system integration, complete people analytics & present data insights and dealing with all day to day issues from concept through to implementation.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Human Resources, Finance, Business Economics, Data Science)
- 2 years’ Experience in SQL database creation / management
- Intermediate/Expert SQL developer and advanced Excel skills.
- Expertise with Data Integration tools such as SSIS, WherescapeRED, and Business Objects Data
- Expertise in BI/Reporting tools such as SSRS, Business Objects, Tableau and QlikView
- Good statistical knowledge (e.g. correlations, t-tests, multivariate)
- Report writing and presentation skills
- Analytics consulting i.e. communication of complex data
- Data modelling and scenario analysis.
- Workflow and process management skills
This is a full time working Monday to Friday based at Middlemore Hospital.
