The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
As our Asset Performance Lead, you'll be working alongside our Alliance Partners and leading a team of Asset Managers. Your focus will be on developing and progressing the Asset Management Plan to ensure we deliver great outcomes for travellers on the Auckland highway network. This State Highway maintenance contract includes the responsibility for some of Auckland's most critical infrastructure assets, including the Auckland Harbour Bridge, and Victoria Park Tunnel.
We're looking for a great people leader who can tap into their Asset Management expertise and shape a high performing team. We believe in continuous improvement and have a strong focus on development and creating career pathways for our team. We're looking for someone who brings the following skills and experience:
- Strong asset management experience
- Solid people leadership experience, with a strength in coaching, mentoring, and building capability
- Great communication skills - experienced in producing technical data and trends, and engaging leaders to identify and take appropriate actions
- Experience working in a collective and collaborative leadership environment
- Experience facilitating inclusive business and planning processes

The NZ Transport Agency entered into an Alliance Agreement with Fulton Hogan and HEB Construction to form an Alliance to maintain the Auckland State highway network. The Alliance is expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders as well as suppliers to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers using the Auckland transport system.
