Contract: Permanent part-time (20 ' 25 hours per week)
Salary: $67,000 - $75,000
Kōrero mō te tūranga ' About the role
The role of the Travel Planner Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley (CCHV) is to provide personal journey planning advice and analysis for staff employed across the CCHV district. It is also responsible for ongoing management of the initiatives included in any Travel Action Plans developed for CCHV sites and the opportunities for improvement to existing Travel Action Plans, working with external providers to develop solutions. This role will work closely with, and manage relationships with local government travel choice teams. You will be expected to assist the Transport & Travel team with other duties and initiatives as required.

Moū ' About you
You will be a people person with a can do attitude, a good sense of humour and of course a clean full drivers licence. A good knowledge of the Wellington, Porirua and Hutt regions is required as is the ability to gather, collate and present data in a way that doesn't put folk to sleep. You will need to have an advanced knowledge of Excel and be a confident and competent communicator across all spectrums. Time management skills and the ability to use common office software, pick up basic admin tasks will be an advantage.
