An opportunity has arisen in our Radiation Therapy Service for a part time Booking Clerk (67 hours per fortnight).
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced administrator.
The Booking Clerk role is essential in assisting with the smooth running of the radiation therapy service.
The role includes:
• Booking Radiation Therapy Appointments
• Communication with staff, patients and their families
• Telephone enquiries and general reception duties
• Organisation and distribution of patient charts and documentation
• Maintaining accurate computer records

Mōu | About you
We are looking for someone who is:
• Organised, efficient and able to prioritise their workload effectively
• Exceptional at customer service via the telephone with excellent interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Computer literate
• Familiar with medical terminology
• A positive team member
Experience in a health environment or knowledge of clinical terminology would be an advantage, but not essential.
