Gastroenterology Fellow / Senior Medical Officer

(Fixed Term – 12 months)

Waitemata District is a major provider of healthcare services in North and West Auckland, serving a population of approximately 640,000 people and employing more than 8,400 people.

Working across two ever-evolving, growing hospitals, applications are invited for a Fellow or SMO in Gastroenterology.

We have the enviable position of working in an environment that welcomes innovative practice so your contribution and style of work will need to complement our drive to deliver excellence.

We welcome applications or expressions of interest from consultants at all stages of their medical career.

It is important the successful applicant will be capable of independent upper and lower diagnostic endoscopy.

The successful candidate will be registered (or registerable) with the New Zealand Medical Council.
