Personal Assistant (full time), Medicine, Te Whatu Ora at Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand Counties Manukau, Auckland

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join the Division of Medicine team. If you are someone with high levels of personal integrity, who is well organised, capable, can anticipate needs, a team player and are able to work well with changing priorities, then we would love to hear from you!

Reporting directly to the Executive Assistant for the Division of Medicine, you will be a key person in supporting the senior management team. You will be expected to you provide and co-ordinate high quality administrative support. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday – Friday based at Middlemore Hospital.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in providing confidential administrative support with health sector experience, demonstrated relationship management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Integrity, initiative, attention to detail, strong organisational, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills as well as following processes and being calm under pressure are imperative to this role.

Essential:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a PA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A working knowledge of administrative processes developing and implementing systems
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent spoken and written communication
