We're looking for an experienced communications leader to build our internal communications team during a busy and exciting time for ACC.
This is a rare opportunity for a communications leader at the top of their game to influence employee engagement and lead internal communications in a large and complex organisation. You'll be joining ACC at a pivotal time as we introduce a new organisational strategy, bring to life an innovative new operating model for our refreshed People and Culture function, and celebrate fifty years of ACC!
There's a huge opportunity for you to have impact in an iconic kiwi organisation led by people who genuinely understand the critical importance and value of effective internal communications and engagement as drivers of culture and performance. You'll be setting your team up for the future, including recruiting new talent and exploring new and different ways of connecting our people to ACC, to our strategy, and to each other.
