We have an exciting opportunity for a full time (Monday-Friday) Clerical Team Coordinator to join our team based at Middlemore Hospital.
Your role will be to provide leadership and support to the maternity inpatient clerical team.
This is a varied and interesting role with both team management and hands on activity. It requires you to be a highly organised problem solver. Rostering experience would be helpful as you will be creating and managing work rosters for our team of Ward Clerks.
To be successful in this role you should have previous health administration experience, as you will need to be able to step in and work alongside the team at busy times. You will have previous staff management experience and a proven and demonstrable ability to build and lead effective teams, motivating them to deliver exceptional customer service.

- A very high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from many and varied backgrounds

The salary range is between $73,695.00 to $78,030.00, dependent on skills and experience.
