The Team Leader Testing position is responsible for leading a team of Test Analysts who provide high quality test delivery to projects across the organisation.

Skills and experience required are as follows:

• Experience leading a team of Test Analysts
• A proven ability to coach and develop staff
• Significant experience in software testing including a variety of tools and methodologies
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
